Terms & Conditions
At Prime & Parcel, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from start to finish. Below you’ll find all the details regarding how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected delivery method. Any available promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly displayed before payment.
3. Shipping Destinations
If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team for assistance.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your shipping method and destination. Typical delivery ranges are:
-
Standard Shipping: 7-16 business days
-
Express Shipping: 7-10 business days
Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your order’s journey until it arrives at your doorstep.
6. Customs & Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost.
7. Delivery Issues
While we work with reliable carriers, delays can sometimes happen due to weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Prime & Parcel is not responsible for delays outside our control but will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
8. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Prime & Parcel cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Returned Shipments
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay duties, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
